燃氣發(fā)電機組如何將清潔燃料轉(zhuǎn)化為澎湃電力
燃氣發(fā)電機組是以天然氣、油田伴生氣等可燃氣體為燃料,通過內(nèi)燃機或燃氣輪機將化學能轉(zhuǎn)化為電能的動力設備。它被譽為清潔能源時代的“能量魔術師”——同樣是燃燒,它比傳統(tǒng)燃煤發(fā)電更高效、更清潔、更靈活。
Gas turbine generator set is a power equipment that uses combustible gases such as natural gas and associated gas from oil fields as fuel, and converts chemical energy into electrical energy through internal combustion engines or gas turbines. 燃氣發(fā)電機組的工作原理分為內(nèi)燃機式和燃氣輪機式兩大技術路線。內(nèi)燃機式燃氣機組采用奧托循環(huán),燃氣與空氣在氣缸內(nèi)混合、壓縮后被火花塞點燃,高溫高壓燃氣推動活塞運動,通過曲軸將往復運動轉(zhuǎn)化為旋轉(zhuǎn)運動,帶動發(fā)電機輸出電能。內(nèi)燃機式機組單機功率覆蓋100kW至數(shù)兆瓦,適用于分布式能源、工業(yè)備用電源等場景。燃氣輪機式機組則采用布雷頓循環(huán)——空氣經(jīng)壓氣機壓縮后進入燃燒室與燃氣混合燃燒,產(chǎn)生的高溫高壓煙氣推動透平旋轉(zhuǎn)做功。以川投(資陽)燃氣發(fā)電站為例,其2臺740MW燃氣-蒸汽聯(lián)合循環(huán)機組,通過余熱鍋爐回收高溫煙氣熱量驅(qū)動汽輪機二次發(fā)電,實現(xiàn)能源的梯級利用。
The working principle of gas generator sets can be divided into two technical routes: internal combustion engine type and gas turbine type. The internal combustion engine gas turbine adopts the Otto cycle, where gas and air are mixed and compressed in the cylinder and ignited by spark plugs. The high-temperature and high-pressure gas drives the piston to move, and the reciprocating motion is converted into rotational motion through the crankshaft, driving the generator to output electrical energy. The single unit power of internal combustion engine units covers 100kW to several megawatts, suitable for scenarios such as distributed energy and industrial backup power. Gas turbine units use the Brayton cycle - air is compressed by a compressor and enters the combustion chamber to mix with gas for combustion, producing high-temperature and high-pressure flue gas that drives the turbine to rotate and do work. Taking Chuantou (Ziyang) Gas Power Station as an example, its two 740MW gas steam combined cycle units use waste heat boilers to recover high-temperature flue gas heat and drive steam turbines for secondary power generation, achieving cascading energy utilization.
燃氣發(fā)電機組最顯著的優(yōu)勢在于清潔環(huán)保。與柴油發(fā)電機組相比,天然氣燃料含硫量極低,燃燒過程充分且無顆粒物生成,一氧化碳和氮氧化物排放遠低于傳統(tǒng)燃油機組。在效率方面,濟柴動力2025年發(fā)布的L20V200天然氣發(fā)電機組電效率達42.7%,達到國際先進水平。燃氣輪機聯(lián)合循環(huán)效率更可超過60%。在靈活性方面,燃氣發(fā)電機組啟動迅速、負荷調(diào)節(jié)范圍寬,是新型電力系統(tǒng)中調(diào)峰和補充供電的關鍵調(diào)節(jié)資源。從大型燃氣電站到分布式能源站,從海上鉆井平臺到數(shù)據(jù)中心備用電源,燃氣發(fā)電機組正在用清潔高效的方式點亮現(xiàn)代工業(yè)的每一個角落。
The most significant advantage of gas-fired power generation units is their cleanliness and environmental friendliness. Compared with diesel generator sets, natural gas fuel has extremely low sulfur content, sufficient combustion process, and no particulate matter generation. Its carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxide emissions are much lower than traditional fuel generators. In terms of efficiency, the L20V200 natural gas generator set released by Jichai Power in 2025 has an electrical efficiency of 42.7%, reaching the international advanced level. The efficiency of gas turbine combined cycle can exceed 60%. In terms of flexibility, the gas turbine generator set starts quickly and has a wide range of load regulation, which is the key regulation resource for peak shaving and supplementary power supply in the new power system. From large-scale gas power plants to distributed energy stations, from offshore drilling platforms to backup power sources in data centers, gas generator sets are lighting up every corner of modern industry in a clean and efficient way.
